Speaking at the Yoorrook Justice Commission, Victorian premier Jacinta Allan says she has had limited formal education on Aboriginal history, and that this was part of a 'deliberate and systematic' effort to 'blot away the bloody stains of colonisation'. The hearing was part of an Indigenous truth-telling process designed to put the state's colonial history on record.
