On Friday, the draw for the quarter-finals of the UEFA Europa Conference League was conducted.
Aston Villa were matched up against the French team Lille
The remaining quarter-final matchups included Club Brugge facing PAOK, Olympiacos playing against Fenerbahce, and Viktoria Plzen taking on Fiorentina.
Villa secured their place in the quarter-finals on Thursday evening with a resounding 4-0 victory over Ajax. Ollie Watkins, Leon Bailey, Jhon Duran, and Moussa Diaby all found the back of the net to contribute to their team's triumph.

The approximate distance separating Birmingham and Lille is merely about 400 miles.
Villa will need to travel extensively if they advance beyond the French team.
The semi-finals draw was also conducted on Friday.
Villa or Lille will meet either Olympiacos or Fenerbahce in the last four.
Villa Park is situated over 2,500 miles distant from both Athens and Istanbul.
Villa may have to make two trips to Athens as the Europa Conference League final for this season will be held at AEK Arena in the Greek capital on May 29th.
